Refund Policy

Standard directory listings are free. The optional Verified Listing subscription is $19.99 per year and adds the gold Verified badge plus featured placement on the homepage.

If you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days of a charge and we will refund that year in full and remove the Verified badge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Verified renews automatically each year. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and your badge stays active through the end of the paid period. Renewal charges are refundable within 30 days under the policy above.
